1. Service Description

1.1 What Runhuman Does

Runhuman is a human-powered quality assurance testing platform that connects developers with real human testers to validate their applications. Our service provides structured testing results based on your specifications.

1.2 How Testing Works

When you submit a testing request:

A human Tester accesses your application via a web browser
The Tester performs the requested testing tasks
The session is recorded (video, screenshots, click tracking, console logs)
The Tester provides feedback on their experience
Our AI processes the feedback to extract structured test results
You receive the results, recordings, and Tester observations

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Requirements

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and API keys
All activities that occur under your account, including any usage of your API keys
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Keeping API keys confidential and rotating compromised keys immediately

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
Submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use the Service to test applications containing illegal, malicious, or harmful content
Submit sites promoting illegal activities, malware, phishing, or security exploits
Submit applications you don't have permission to test
Use the Service for competitor analysis or reverse engineering without authorization

4. Testing Services

4.1 Test Submission

When submitting testing requests, you acknowledge that:

Tests are performed by real human testers
Test results are provided as-is based on tester observations
Target response times are typically 2-10 minutes, but may vary based on tester availability (not guaranteed)
Jobs timeout after the specified duration (1-60 minutes) with no guarantee of tester availability
You are responsible for ensuring your test URLs are publicly accessible
You must not submit applications that require credentials you don't have permission to share

4.2 Tester Visibility

What testers see:

The test URL you provide
Test description and requirements
Schema requirements you specify

What testers do NOT see:

Your account information or email
Your API keys or billing information
Other jobs you have submitted

5. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5.1 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

If a tester fails to complete a claimed job within the allotted time
If technical issues on our end prevent job completion (at our discretion)
Credits may be issued for service failures at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Runhuman and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You retain ownership of all test results, including tester responses, screenshots, and recordings.

7. Data Retention

Test data retention periods:

Free tier: Up to 7 days from test completion
Paid tiers: 7 days after your plan has ended

After these periods, test data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"

We provide the Service without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Testers will find all bugs or issues in your application
Test results will be complete or accurate
The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

LIABILITY CAP

In no event shall Runhuman, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms
Payment failures
Suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior
Any other reason at our sole discretion

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service. Test results may be retained according to our data retention policies outlined in Section 7.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.3 Privacy
