You're billed monthly for your subscription. Credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle. Any usage beyond your included credits is billed at $1 per $1 at the end of the month.
Your tests keep running! We don't block you when credits run out. We simply bill the overage at the end of the month at the standard rate ($1 per $1 of usage).
Yes! Unused credits roll over for up to 2 months as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you cancel or downgrade, unused credits expire.
A typical 2-minute QA test costs around $2.50. Complex tests that take longer cost more. You're only charged for the actual testing time.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and credits. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
