Cost Calculation

Costs are calculated with full precision (not rounded to cents):

Duration: Always rounded UP using Math.ceil (any partial second counts as a full second)
Cost: Exact calculation with full precision (duration × rate per second)
Minimum: Costs are never $0 unless the tester never actually worked on it
Example: A 2-second test costs exactly $0.0036 (not $0.00)

Refund Policy

For tiers with SLA guarantees (General Use and Instant), if we fail to meet the promised wait time, you'll receive a full refund for that test. No questions asked. Your satisfaction and trust are our priority.
